Pretty smart from Cartman to only exterminate the kids, because that's what's affecting him most right now and he knows without adults there would be no services and food and stuff.

In the late 19th Century in the US, Irish citizens and immigrants were heavily discriminated against, largely due to the nativist movement of the time. Especially as Italians immigrated in large number shortly after and competition for money and opportunities became fierce, race relations took a bit of a dive. Given how prevalent red hair is among the Irish, it occasionally creeping up via being a recessive gene in the Italians led to such kids being neglected, shunned, or otherwise seen as a sign of embarrassment, especially back then when education of the sciences wasn't so widespread and accusations of infidelity were more likely. "red headed step child" has been a slang term for a long time in the US, Canada, and even the UK for similar reasons, referring to something or someone that's essentially the black sheep or odd one out. So yeah, definitely a history of discrimination against gingers, but far more to due with lingering nationalism than the actual color of their hair.

Only 1% of people in the world have red hair. Not sure what percentage of those are gingers though (yes, there is a difference between simple redheads and gingers). Also, it's EXTREMELY rare, but there ARE people who actually have natural purple and blue hair (1/127,250 for purple and 1/10,500 for blue).

How can you have seen so much South Park, and still think that the majority of the people run on any common sense or logic that is known to us. Cartman said it and most take it as a joke or him talking out is butt, but he seriously does just say what the people think often which is how he gets followings.

Daywalker is a reference to the movie Blade. The character Blade is PART vampire, who can walk in sunlight and isn't vulnerable to garlic and silver, but he still thirsts for blood. In the movie they call him Blade the Daywalker. Minus the thirsting for blood part, being a badass Daywalker like Blade sounds awesome!!!
