I would suggest moving the kitchen to the area you just opened up and converting the current kitchen area to a bedroom. Improves the flow but keeps the two bedroom layout to warrant higher rent.

Nope! We still have def in our new truck! The 2500 of course doesn't need it. Knock on wood. Other than the annoying expense of paying for pee water. We haven't had any issues
