Fort Worth follower that’s lived here most of my life here to tell you it gets COLD in Jan/Feb like 15 degrees cold. This past year the crazy freeze brought it to the single digits and we all lost power for DAYS because of the grid system here. Not trying to be a negative nelly, but it does get very cold here too.

I love Dallas Fort Worth area! Just moved down here in June after my wedding. Best recommendations: 1. Stockyards: go to billy bobs and a rodeo there! 2. The Rustic Downtown Dallas. It’s got good food, drinks, and live music. Super fun backyard vibes 3. Frisco Roughriders Lazy River Baseball Game on Thursday’s or Sunday’s 4. Six Flags if you like roller coasters!

i’m from fort worth & moving back in 2 weeks! my husband & i are big coffee people so our fav shop is sons of liberty. i also worked at vaquero coffee in downtown. press cafe, cane rosso, fireside pies, maria’s, woodshed, rodeo goat, are all sweet spots to eat! ftw is superior to the rest of texas🤠
