മനസിന്റെ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളിൽ 90 ശതമാനവും ബോധ തലത്തി നപ്പുറമാണ് നടക്കുന്നത്. തീരുമാനങ്ങൾ, ചിന്തകൾ ബോധപൂർവം അല്ല. അവയെ പറ്റി ബോധം ഉണ്ടാകുകയാണ്. അത് ബോധത്തിലേക്ക് വരുകയാണ്. ആത്മാവ് എന്ന ധാരണ സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്നത് അതാണ്. ഉറങ്ങി ഉണർന്നപ്പോൾ ഉത്തരം കിട്ടിയത് അതുകൊണ്ടാണ്. ബോധ തലത്തിനപ്പുറം ചിന്ത എന്ന പ്രക്രിയ നടക്കുന്നുണ്ട്.

ചോദ്യം ചോദിക്കുന്നവരും ഉത്തരം പറയുന്നവരും സംവരണത്തെ വികലമായി വ്യാഖ്യാനിച്ചാണ് അഭിപ്രായം പറയുന്നത്. ഇപ്പോഴുള്ള സംവരണം ആരെയെങ്കിലും സാമ്പത്തികമായി രക്ഷപ്പെട്ടുത്താനല്ല. മറിച്ച് സാദ്ധ്യമായ തലങ്ങളിൽ പ്രാതിനിധ്യം ഉറപ്പ് വരുത്താനുള്ളതാണ്. സംവരണം തുടങ്ങിയിട്ട് നൂറ്റാണ്ടുകളായി. അധികാരവും വിശ്വാസവും ഉപയോഗിച്ച് സവർണ്ണവിഭാഗങ്ങൾ നൂറ്റാണ്ടുകൾ സംവരണം അനുഭവിച്ചിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോഴുള്ള സംവരണം പോലെ ആയിരുന്നില്ല അത്. പ്രത്യേക അവകാശങ്ങളുള്ളവരായി അവരുടെ എല്ലാ തലങ്ങളിലും ഉള്ള വികാസത്തിനുള്ള അവസരങ്ങൾ നൂറ്റാണ്ടുകൾ ലഭിച്ചിരുന്നു. മറിച്ച് അന്ന് ഈ സൗകര്യം ഇല്ലാത്തവർക്ക് പ്രത്യേക അവകാശങ്ങളില്ല എന്നത് മാത്രമല്ല, സ്വന്തമായി വികാസം പ്രാപിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള എല്ലാ സാദ്ധ്യതകളും തടയപ്പെടുകയും ചെയ്തിരുന്നു. അതിന് അവർ ഉപയോഗിച്ചിരുന്ന കുടില തന്ത്രങ്ങൾ സ്വതന്ത്രമായി വഴി നടക്കാൻ സമ്മതിക്കാതിരിക്കുക,വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള അവസരം നിഷേധിക്കുക, അയിത്തം കല്പിച്ച് അകറ്റി നിർത്തുക, അധികാരത്തിൽ നിന്നും അകറ്റി നിർത്തുക തുടങ്ങിയ ഹീന പ്രവർത്തികളും പ്രയോഗങ്ങളുമായിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോഴുള്ള സംവരണം സാദ്ധ്യമായ തലങ്ങളിലുള്ള പ്രാധിനിധ്യം ഉറപ്പാക്കുക എന്നുഉള്ളതാണ്. അതിൽ വളരെ പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ടതാണ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥമേധാവിത്വ(bureaucracy)ത്തിലുള്ള സംവരണം. സംവരണം കിട്ടാത്തവരെ (ഇപ്പോൾ അങ്ങനെ ആരുമില്ല) അവരുടെ മറ്റേതെങ്കിലും തലത്തിലുള്ള വളർച്ചയെ തടയുന്ന ഒന്നും തന്നെ പുതിയ സംവരണ നിയമങ്ങളിലില്ല. സവർണ്ണ വിഭാങ്ങൾ മുൻപ് അനുഭവിച്ച് കൊണ്ടിരുന്ന സംവരണം അധികാരം ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ഏകപക്ഷീയമായി നടപ്പിലാക്കിയിരുന്നതായിരുന്നുവെങ്കിൽ ഇപ്പോഴുള്ള സംവരണം ജനാധിപത്യപരമായി നടപ്പിലാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. സംവരണം പുനപരിശോധിക്കേണ്ടതുണ്ട്. അതിന് ജാതി തിരിച്ച്,ഓരോ തലങ്ങളിലും ഉള്ള പ്രാതിനിധ്യം പരിശോധിച്ച് സെൻസസ് എടുക്കണം. അർഹമായ പ്രാതിനിധ്യം ലഭിച്ചവരെ ഒഴിവാക്കണം. ക്രമത്തിൽ സംവരണം തന്നെ ഇല്ലാതാക്കണം. 👍

E community reservation illandayal yallrudem ullilulla jathikatha thannea purthu varan thudagum. Eg aidded schools. Aidded schoolila jathi nokki job kodukkunnthinea patti eviduthea bakki ulla castinu oru kushappvumilla but reservation anu avark preshanam.

The realization that C Radhakrishnan is having a superficial understanding on the topic reservation is disappointing. He hasn't realised the basic concept of reservation which is nothing but the representation to the power and resources! Not realizing this means he believes not in justice but in the benevolence of individuals!. His notion that "bhudhi" is controlled by a superpower is outdated. Now neuroscience has advanced far enough and has described effectively how consciousness evolves.
