In another universe, Alucard steals a couple Crissaegrim from some spirits in the inverted library and ends up slaying father Dracula in about two seconds.. but that's too easy.

This was an amazing game and I'm glad you captured it in a bite size video that explains the whole story. I did enjoy it. I would even go so far as to say this was my favorite game of all time, and that's saying something with all the games I've played.

Awesome synopsis, well done! I remember staying over at your place the same night you either bought or rented SotN. This is still one of my favorite games of all-time. I wish they'd put a version out with Maria playable for the English audience. Have you played Bloodstained Ritual of the Night? Not a sequel, but an awesome follow-up by Iga.

Gosh I love this game so much I wish we would get a HD remaster for the PS4 or the PS five. But right now the only way that I can play on the PS four is getting the Castlevania collection Or the Dracula X version that was for the PSP.

Loved how you included the song "I Am The Wind" from the original PSX release; that was a good song. Good video... but I would have liked for you to have included all 4 endings (the one you showed was the 3rd ending): Ending 1 and worst) Beating Richter without getting the Holy Glasses, which has Alucard alone after the castle is destroyed. Ending 2 and Bad) Beating Richter after getting the Holy Glasses and ignoring Shaft's crystal, which has Maria and Alucard escaping he castle, and Maria vowing to look into why Richter turned evil while Alucard decides to return to his eternal sleep. Ending 4 and Best) Beating the game with exploring 200.6% of the map (BOTH castles), after Alucard leaves Maria and Richter, Maria apologizes to Richter and says she cannot let Alucard walk out of her life. After Richter accepts her decision and encourages her to save Alucard's tortured soul, Maria bids Richter farewell before she runs after Alucard.

I think it's subjective what whatever the player thinks is best for Alucard. I personally think her chasing after him shows that his humanity is worth more than the vampire he actually is.
