This was super helpful, but now I truly understand the course after running the Catalina marathon over this past weekend. The rain soaked across the island creating very slippery and dense mud conditions for the entire run. There were multiple water crossings with some as high as my waist! It was truly epic and a humbling course to run. Can't wait for next year! This video really helped Coach Steve.
