Great explanation and I love how you added corrective exercises for the specific problems! It always pays off for me and those I coach, to take the time to break the lifts down into these smaller parts, and get the technique 👍🏼

I discovered your channel only recently. I am just doing squats and deadlifts for fitness, but I ever wanted to learn at least a power snatch, because I admire the movement. I have watched so many videos, but never understood the „middle“ of it (second pull, contact). And than, just two of your videos and it made click in my head. I walked from my iPad to my (empty) bar and tried what I hoped I had just understood - and there it was 😊 I‘m pretty sure I was far from perfect, but from there I have a feeling for the movement. Thank you so much 🙏 And BTW: Your intro is just perfect.
