LOVE your exercise physiology series! As a Biomed and athletic type of person, I highly recommend anyone doing sports or exercise (as a hobby) to watch this. Get to know your body!

Carbs are much more efficiently metabolized when compared with fats. Lower intensity: fat, higher intensity: burns carbs

Can I exercise Supramaximally whilst on a Ketogenic diet ? If I am eating short-chain and medium charge chain fatty acids they would not need the L-carnitine transport shuttle ?

You knoe the irony? Those fatty acids are just being turned into muscle glycogen. The body stores about 2k calories in muscle glycogen and potentially 1000? In the liver. You'll be fine, our body is pretty ridiculous at squeezing what it needs out of any fuel source. Your intense sessions are burning carbs that came from fats. Look up gluconeogenesis
