That catfish looks amazing. I'm not a big catfish person, back in the day I ordered a catfish meal at red lobster (I know red lobster is chain food garbage, but it was a family outing for grandma's birthday or something). Anyways, I got food poisoning and was sick as a dog. I laid on the bathroom floor by the toilet for 3 days straight so sick I couldn't leave. I know it was red lobster not preparing it properly or serving old, outdated food, and not catfish by itself making me sick. Since then, I've never had it again. I only eat real white, clean fish like walleye or pan fish, and sometimes tuna steaks, or sushi grade raw tuna, snapper, salmon, etc. I love seafood, but have stayed away from catfish. I would definitely eat this catfish, it looks delicious. Another great vid guys, I really enjoy your channel.
