Catch and Cook Pompano Three Ways On The Grill

In this video I show you how to cook Pompano on the grill using three different methods. I also have used a different recipe with each method. The most important thing when Grilling any fish is to make sure that the fish and grill grates are oiled so that the meat doesn't stick to to the grill.

I'm binge watching your vids while we're getting frigid temps up north. The whole fish grilled is how my family always cook pompano but stuffing the cavity with chopped fresh onions, garlic, tomatoes, jalapenos, seasoned w salt and pepper. More lemon juice before serving, yum! Thanks for the videos, I can't wait to fish again in FL.

Just got from the Bahamas. Last night we had a rainbow runner I caught earlier that day,, cooked on the grill in a foil packet like you did. My host smashed Bahamian bird peppers and salt with a coffee cup until it made a paste, put that in the softened butter and made another paste to put on the fillets. It was good! When can I come over and fish for pompanos with ya? I will bring the bird peppers!

Pompano it is too fishy for me , dont realy test good to me
