One thing I really like about your channel is that it exposes us to different ways of fishing, and different types of waters, with different types of target species. Keep up the great work!

Fishing is so much fun. He’s so lucky. I love in Wisconsin. No ocean. No tropical beauty. Cold. Freshwater fishing is fun too but due to the constant pressure most inland lakes get, the bounty is few and far between. Ocean fishing is my dream. Great vid ty!
@camdensrandomstuff88155 жыл бұрын
Your right, but many inland lakes up north have zero fishing pressure and can catch a bounty. But the amount of species of fish and other stuff in ocean makes inland lakes look weak. We are really missing out on the resources of the ocean.

It wouldn’t be a bad idea to cook your fish at a higher temperature with an oil that has a higher smoking point than butter, like olive oil or canola oil, that way you can get a better sear on your fish. You can always finish with butter if you like, to avoid burning the butter.
@SplashAttackTCG7 жыл бұрын
Dude! I grew up in NYC so I never got to have an experience like this. I absolutely love and respect your channel! Man, this is one of my favorite channels, you always take sound advice from your viewers. As much as you love fishing and being on the water, you ever consider living in a boat? You would be where you want 24/7... Or maybe you want it to be a special thing where driving to the spots are half the fun. That would be understandable too, bro you should let me come throw some lines with you. It would be a privilege...
@T-zam967 жыл бұрын
I hate to be that person that is a know it all, but if you are hit or tagged by one of these fish you want to soak the affected area with water that's as hot as you can stand it. the hot water breaks down the enzymes in the venom that make it painful. there's not much else you can do. if you go to the hospital they might recommend antibiotics or any vaccines you might be behind on. other than that there's not much else they can do. the only reason I know this is because on fathers day a few years back my brother in law caught a sting ray and got tagged in both hands by the barbs. I've never seen that man cry until that stingray got to him. well anyway we took him to the hospital and all they did was soak his hands in hot water and then charged him out the ass for it. not sure what his insurance situation was but he had to pay up-to a grand just for the hospital to soak his hands in hot water.
@glut44737 жыл бұрын
thank for the tip
@T-zam967 жыл бұрын
Faiz Iqmal I'm not suggesting you don't visit the hospital, but hospital staff who seen my brother in law literally said the soaking was all they could do. if some one was say allergic to the venom then a hospital trip would be their best bet, of course.
