I got these fish before: Arowana- I was on a island when I got it. Napoleonfish- I believe it was my first rare fish. Giant snakehead- also caught this guy on a island. Great white shark- I caught 2 of these before, sold them both recently and I was NOT disappointed. Saw shark- It was the last shark I got before getting every shark. Whale shark- I caught 2 of these I think. Hammerhead shark- Pretty easy to find in my opinion, I believe I caught 2. I plan on updating the list soon, so be patient.

So here's a little story, I was looking for manila clams for fish bait i made like 20 of them and I did got some rare fish I don't have but when it was the third fish I noticed how my switched vibrated really weird and mostly can hear how it sounded I froze when I caught an oarfish and I started playing it on December 24th. I was gonna sell them the other oarfish I found but Nook Cranny's was closed and it was 2 am so yikes

You can actually catch the Arapima in June as well. Right now its my favorite fish only because I find the story of how I caught it pretty funny. My house is right by the river with a waterfall nearby and I was fishing in my backyard. Most of what I'd caught were black bass so I wasn't expecting much, but I saw this pretty large fish shadow. When I reeled it in I nearly jumped out of my seat in fright at the ginormous size of the Arapaima. I immediately dropped it off at the museum and then went back to my house and started laughing for 10 minutes straight.
