Ok, we live in Australia, what is considered a small spider is anything smaller than the palm of ur hand, a big spider is bigger than ur hand, if it’s a proper big spider, it owns the house. 🤗. 🏠 🕷️

My 12 year old daughter stood away from the couch pointing at it. I had no idea what her problem was, I just wanted her to get something off the couch. Finally I looked very closely and saw the tiniest spider, if it was any smaller it would be invisible, so I made the spider move along and she was ok. Everyone lived.

I just don't know why they don't breed funnel webs in captivity there would be more spiders for anitvinom then release the spiders that they caught from the wild back into the wild and have a captive breeding project while making anitvenom

I’ve watched too many spider videos for me to truly comprehend how dangerous the situation is. I’m aware it’s venomous and very dangerous, but my brain is still just like “aw that’s an angry boy doing a big threat pose huh” like it’s someone’s Rosehair that caught an attitude with them 😂

Yeah good luck with that! Good luck with the cops too when they arrest you for killing the world's most poisonous spider instead of doing the correct thing which would be calling in your local reptile centre so they can capture the funnel web and extract it's venom to make anti venom so they can save lives.

They probably donate them to the facility that milks the spiders for venom that they can use for antidotes when people get bit

That’s too gross and disgusting, if that’s ur style, good for you, I use shoes, magazines, brooms, shoes is the best tool ever, you can wait and have it in ur bed, I don’t need someone to come and save me, how long am I supposed to wait? Am I supposed to leave my house? The spider or me! Come on! I live in Spain, I deal with it alone, u have spiders like cats in ur city? If u will be in the middle of nowhere, u would learn to deal with it alone
