Thank you for the easy intro walk! I'm extremely overweight but also have chronic ankle pain due to surgery and hardware installed over 2 decades ago. Pair that with limited lung capacity from the effects of Covid 3 years ago and working out seems daunting and unreachable. I finished my first workout in years thanks to you and it was so much easier with your encouragement and gentle at your pace reminders. Thank you and I can't wait to be the healthiest me I can be!

I wasn’t in the mood to hit the ground running so decided to do this. Ear buds in , disco music on…completed at my pace then added another 15 min gentle walk…at my pace. Thanks for the push!😉

My suggestion is to try to do the leg/knee strengthening workout twice a week to keep your legs strong. Maybe plan certain days so you definitely get the workout in.

@@ImprovedHealth , I think you’re absolutely right about that. I tend to stop doing it once my knee feels good for a while; sooner or later, it always comes back to give me problems.

I had open heart surgery on 8/9/22 and I am feeling pretty good so I decided to try this! I kept it at a slow pace and was able to complete it! I am so thankful to be exercising with you again! I have exercised with you for a good while and I'm back. I have a lot of your videos saved and look forward to being able to do the longer one in time. Thank you for all you do for us!❤

I have no problem tailoring my moves to meet my abilities, but I always strive to do better and do push myself. A nice exercise session, and as usual, I enjoy the truly slowed down portions but am ready for another energetic burst of energy. Thank you Jules!...Anastasia

Thank you so much for these exercises. I retired a year ago and have done pretty much nothing energetic, and of course put on weight and lost strength. No more excuses for me. I love it and try to mix some programmes up so I do at least 20 mins daily ❤

Great short workout! The energetic music is so motivating. I was smiling the whole time. And thank you so much for your positive words during the workout. You definitely know what to say to quell self-doubt. I used the workout as a warm up for my first strength session with you today. It will probably take me a few more days to find the right combination of cardio/strength/stretching that works for me.

I combined it with one of your strength training workouts and enjoyed doing it with your instructions as well as music. You are awesome. We did this one this evening; I thought I could do it standing, but it only took about 45 seconds to realize I needed to sit down. I guess I still need to go easy for a few days to get it back to a good place. We don’t give up easily; we appreciate your encouragement to just keep trying and doing the best we can. We don’t judge ourselves by what others can do, or even whatever we used to do. We’ve (almost) learned to just do our best and not beat ourselves up over what we can’t. You’ve been a good mentor.

Well said, Mary! I am glad to read that you will do the seated workouts for a few days. I think the gentle seated ones might be a nice change. You'll still work on range of motion and get in some great movements that still absolutely help. Your knee is definitely telling you that it needs some TLC. Plus, by doing the gentle seated ones, it'll be something new:)

@@ImprovedHealth i have till 18 july which is my surgery day should be back in 3 weeks G-d is so good so i will be back around aug. 7th enjoy your consistent movement
