I just "called out" someone on another channel who put in the comments that we, who have been fighting these rumor mongers for weeks only wanted to know if she was "alive and okay." I did a long post to that person and I was so angry, but that comment about "alive and okay" got my blood boiling. I have also read other awful posts on several other channels that were wicked. These people care for nothing but their own titillation. Or they act as though they have a right to read every medical report. It is truly obscene.

I did not think she looked bullied, she seemed composed and in control of the message. I have had major abdominal surgery and I think some patients internalize the results like I did (the underlying cause/cells were benign) until ready to talk about it. Telling my seven year old was tough, and I really prayed before we talked about my initial diagnosis and surgery. Since the cells were benign I dodged the chemo and was given cancer meds instead.

If she is just starting chemo, that treatment could take months. It looks like she will not be returning to royal duties and obligations by Easter. So how could she just disappear and not let the public know what's going on? She did not reveal very much; we don't know what kind of cancer she has or her prognosis. I was so shocked, I cried off and on for several hours. I am not a slavish fan. I just admire this classy lady who has been such a great credit to the RF/ Commonwealth/ UK, and her parents. I know there is so much scrutiny and pressure in the role on a good day. She is a treasure. Our treasure. And absolutely irreplaceable. Hearing a lot of the most rabid news channels / commentators and even Royal experts NOW saying the uproar must stop and acting like they never participated is disgusting. We remember! I don’t know why everyone doubted William and Catherine. They have never given us reason to. And William had the best reasons as we all found out now, for why he had missed an occasion or done the things he has done. For the best reasons- all for keeping Catherine’s privacy and caring for his family first. I thought it was wonderful what Charles wrote about Catherine and I hope they can comfort each other while facing/ fighting cancer together. As for Harry, I always feel it’s always a backhanded compliment or a halfhearted sentiment. It looks lazy, but I think it’s done badly because of his simmering anger, lasting resentment. It really shows. I wish the Wales the very best. I wish peace, healing, and space to do it. The general public are with you. I also am concerned for William and I know he’s very responsible, but he has a lot of cares on his shoulders. I wish him as much support as possible as well. Never let them get you down Prince William and Princess Catherine! They have always called Sarah by her last name Ferguson or just Fergie. After marrying Charles, Camilla is still referred to as Camilla Parker-Bowles. And Princess Diana was often referred to as Lady Di, Princess Di, or Lady Diana Spencer. I don’t think people are being disrespectful but this is simply the name these women were known as to the public before they married into the RF. Of course no one referred to Queen Elizabeth as Liz or Beth as she was always known as Elizabeth. Princess Charlotte will always likely be called Charlotte.

The Princess is such a sweet woman but she has that steely determination that you would expect of someone that will become Queen. To me she really is the classic fairytale princess. There is nothing negative about this comment because like the fairytales she is kind, good and the epitome of integrity. In the video she looked pale and frail but ethereally beautiful. I can’t imagine how she has been able to handle the onslaught of the vile and vicious attacks she has had to endure while coming to terms with her diagnosis. We need to stand up in solidarity to call out the ones who have allowed and orchestrated the vilest of these attacks on her. I know firsthand the trauma a cancer diagnosis can have on a family. We had to break this heartbreaking news to our son that, his father had cancer and was dying. It was the hardest thing we ever had to do. When all, she yarned for was privacy and time so she could heal with her family and loved ones. I wonder how many who have attacked her will give her the apologies she deserves, but sadly, I fear that there will be many cowards that will not.
