Its "mouth and teeth" is reminiscent of a Expanded Universe/Legends deity/character called Abeloth who was a powerful Force entity that was corrupted in the Dark Side. Before she fell to the Dark Side, she was a mortal known as "The Mother" helping the (Mortis) Father keep the peace between the Son and the Daughter. As she was aging while the Mortis Gods weren't she drank from the Font of Power and bathed in the Pool of Knowledge and in doing so, fell to the Dark Side. When The Father discovered what she become, he and his children stranded/imprisoned herein The Maw black hole cluster and left to exist on the planet Mortis. One of her forms was like a pale skinned woman with golden hair and black eyes with small silver pupils and a wide mouth from ear to ear with a row of pointed teeth...like the helmet wearer in the trailer. Maybe this isn't a Sith, but a follower of Abeloth? Unlikely, but I can theorise. :)

but her arc happens way later doesnt it? or when it happens jedi get to know about it during the prequels or something, i might be wrong but i thought the whole abeloth arc might be used in ahsoka s2 cause they showed the father and the son their, so many theories but star wars tends to not go too deep into the lore so i am tryna keep expectations low

@@sxzz3480 to answer your question yes Abeloth gets freed about 40 years after A New Hope but she can still reach out and influence people see I think they're slowly teasing her much like Thanos meaning we'll see her influence here and then Baylan will almost set her completely free in the second season of Ahsoka but Ahsoka will put her back in her prison cause she has the life force of The Daughter but then in Rey's movie she'll be free it fits the timeline

My theory is that while the Acolyte is clearly a Dark Side user. He/She is not a true Sith. I think its a former Jedi Knight that was influenced by Witchcraft. I think this show is about the war between Magic and The Force. You just hear the disdain the Witch used when talking to the rogue padawan. Some people think that all of this could be influenced by Darth Plagueis because he was known for his disdain of The Force as well. But what is interesting because at this time the Sith is all but extinct. Its so unlikely that they would be this bold. It would completely expose the growing power within The Dark Side. Obviously Darth Plagueis and maybe even Darth Tenebrous are alive during this time but because the Jedi Order was at its absolute peak power no way do I see them exposing themselves so easily. Maybe we will see Plagueis as a tease for the next season but initially I think the Acolyte is more of a Dark Jedi influenced more by Witchcraft than by The Sith.

Also you have to look at the entire premise of the show and what we have seen so far. The ultimate goal of the Sith was to overthrow and destroy the Jedi Order. What I have seen so far the motivation of the Witches seems to me is to kill the Force entirely.

I went and saw episode one on Saturday for the 25th anniversary of the movie and they showed a little sneak peek of the fight scene of Carrie Ann Moss and the other girl

@@CatherineLaSalle I follow one of the lead Production Designers for the show on insta and they were talking about how happy they were that nothing was given away in the marketing. 😁 Honestly I’ve seen SO MANY Lucasfilm peeps who worked on the show out there singing its praises and being hyped for us to finally see what they’ve been cooking up!
