I agree. Let kids be kids! The benefits of the internet are overstated, and the dangers cannot be stated enough. It is very hard to browse the internet in innocence. A child could never decipher the myriad lies and worldliness on the internet that they should avoid. It sounds like children are being robbed of childhood. What a great shame. God atleast gave me a happy childhood before he started pruning me. And shame also on those who cause children to sin. We know what Jesus says about them.

Our food system is also to blame. Kids today are ingesting more toxins than they ever have.

If we as adults won't curb our phone and internet behavior, our kids won't either. Here's a simple place to start ..No phones or photo taking during Mass unless it's a special event.
