My best stretch ever was when I touched the ground with my middle finger. At 29 years old I could touch the ground with the palm of my hand after three weeks stretching with this video. I'm amazed with myself hahaha. Thank you very much.

It's not an exageration to say that this is changing my life. I deal with a lot of neck and back pain along my spine. I find foward folds to be difficult but nourishing. Not only does your practice allow me to focus on length of my body but now I'm doing it correctly!

As someone who is not flexible at all this video has helped me so much! I could barely bend over before finding this video and after 1 practice i see a significant difference! After a few weeks im sure ill be able to acheive my forward fold with this video.. Thank you so much

That posterior/anterior tilt tip at 5:30 is a game changer. Such a useful thing I never thought about and it's crazy how much closer your chest gets to your knees compared to when I just bend over and am still in posterior tilt. Thanks so much for the video/tips. Subscribed and going to check out the rest of your videos.

Yes agree , Good Tip n pose. But at 6:58( rocking Torso in that bent position is Not good for the Back!- injury prone; Unless ur cores n Back are slready strong!)

I'm late to the party but I definitely notice the difference in the way I walk and I was able to sit and fold my legs closer to my inner thigh. That you cathy

Wonderful! This is what I need. I do silver sneakers and our current instructor does some of these moves. I’ve been having hip issues and the doctors are anxious to cut, but I think I just need to stretch. I’ve tried shots and got some relief but I’m getting better results with yoga. Signed; reformed skeptic.

I followed your instructions as good as I could. My knees had to be bend, but afterwards my legs felt different in a relaxed way. I wonder how it will feel after some more repetitions. 😊

Researching a lot these past few weeks because of lumbago. Last time was 3 years ago and again this time it came completely out of the blue. I'm 50, male, very fit and thin. I have found out that I am very limited in tilting the pelvis forward, looks to be a main area for general attention from now on. Would you happen to have any tips on lumbago? Thanks. Great channel btw, keep up the good work. I like how you keep talking to relaxed in any position.

I need to improve hamstring/lower back flexibility but it’s difficult because of a curvature I have in my upper spine, so forward folding can reinforce my bad posture. What are some work arounds for this?

I've struggled for a while with low back pain on my right side. After therapy not working I've gravitated towards yoga. Do you have or can add some workouts focused on that. Thanks

I just got through doing physical therapy for pain I had in my right lower back for over a year. If you still have it, try looking up exercises for lower back. Pelvic tilt, bridge pose, swimmer (superman), dead bug, bird dog are all moves I did in pt. Make sure to engage your abs and keep your pelvis in a neutral position for all of them.

Hi there, a couple of yrs ago I started to slur with my words & say or try to talk but my mom had to rush me to the hospital. Then while there the nurses & doctors had given me a couple of tests. Then a couple days or weeks later the doctor diagnosed me with a ( TIA) transient iscemic attack. It's where I have an inch gap on my right front side of my brain which my doctor told me to take a baby aspirin for the rest of my life & I'm only in my 40's
