I'm a regular customer at cattleack. The food is delicious everytime. One thing I admire about this place is how much Todd cares about his business. He has systems in place that make going to cattleack a comfortable and relatively fast experience. He treat everyone with respect and is stern about the rules of his establishment, I personally love it.

I just had Cattleack today! We were able to get brisket, pork ribs and chopped pork. It was OUTSTANDING!!!! The brisket was PHENOMENAL as expected. Ribs were GREAT. What surprised me was the chopped pork. I love the pepper taste. It was the best I've ever had!!!

I have been to Cattleack 3 times and in my opinion is the best bbq in dallas dfw. Yesterday i went to Goldees in Fort Worth. And last week i went to Panther City in Fort Worth, Cattleack, Terry Blacks, Pecan Lodge, 10-50, Slow Bone & Black Smoke are far better. Furthermore, all of said bbq spots are also better than Panther City in Fort Worth. Apparently, Fort Worth BBQ is overrated.

Another excellent video Joe! I'm definitely going there on a Saturday when I finally make it down to Dallas - because I'm a BBQ nerd and proud of it! After having the pleasure of eating at Franklin's while I was in Austin last year (and meeting Mr. Franklin too), I feel like Cadillack's and Goldee's are my two must go spots to complete my personal Texas Trinity 😊 That pastrami beef rib looked absolutely amazing! And I'm for sure gonna follow your advice and get some of those grits too. Looking forward to many more of your reviews!

Hey Joe, great vid. Do you have any ideas about how we can eradicate lines from our bbq places? I really believe that lines aren’t needed to make a successful business. Interested to hear your thoughts!
@knoxavebbq Жыл бұрын
I don’t understand your question. Of course lines don’t mean success, but I also don’t believe this kind of food can or should be rushed. You could do to go only, but it’ll never be as good
@benwagoner9741 Жыл бұрын
While I normally loathe standing in line, I believe it is part of the whole experience. Being able to sit and talk with other BBQ people makes it unique and memorable.
@p0llk4t07 Жыл бұрын
It's impossible to eradicate lines without making the serving counters bigger and adding a lot more staff thus making prices way higher than good BBQ already is...I know what you're getting at but the balance is long wait times for good BBQ unfortunately... Learn to make your own at this quality and you only have to wait 24 hours for amazing brisket... approximately 12 hour cook and 12 hour rest...

@knoxavebbq Жыл бұрын
i went on friday at like 11 am, but the short like was not normal. i would say that i got very lucky. on a normal day i probably wouldn't have been able to try everything like i did this time. so if you plan on going, i would try to get their as early as possible because people line up before the doors open.

No. It was definitely one of the better trays of bbq I’ve had. I usually talk about my food very matter of fact because I’m obverse things very carefully. Haha. I’m not a food blogger that is super animated with “WOW!” “THIS IS THE GREATEST BITE ON EARTH!” Usually if I don’t love I play I don’t just don’t really speak about it. I don’t want to bring anyone down, but I wanna give ppl extra shine if I feel that it is deserving.
