Louis looks just like my Lily - even the smudges under his nose. However, I don't think she would sit as still for me as he does! Beautiful dog. Very good job!!

Beautiful dog. Mine wont sit still. He is 9 and only had him since March. He is adorable but was very neglected and hardly been groomed by look of him. I have done his legs chest and body but he wont let me do his ears and they are matted in places. Any tips?

To brush ears regularly is important, but if they are already too much matted I would cut these places. (Nobody need stress). Try to do it slow with small steps. One little cut - snack 🙂 next cut - snack. He should have fun! So it worked with my dog.

@@alisa_and_cavalier thank you so much. I brush him every day and do his ears after meals but he had to wear a collar for an eye infection to stop him rubbing it and it caused matting behind his ears. I will cut them gently bit by bit. Such an adorable breed. Am head over heels with him.

Благодарю за Ваш комментарий. Я думаю, что каждый хозяин старается сделать свою собаку в первую очередь счастливой и здоровой. Наш Филипп домашний любимец, а не выставочный. Он очень любит быть подстриженным, особенно летом, когда температура в наших краях поднимается до 35-40 градусов и держится долго. Ваши кавалеры очень красивые, и я очень рада, что Вам удается поддерживать их красивую шерсть длинной.

@ извините, никого не хотела обидеть🤝. Конечно каждый хозяин лучше знает что делать со своей собакой.✨✨✨могу только добавить, что этим летом было +38 , и Наши Кавалерчики нормально себя чувствовали. Просто делюсь опытом. У них не стало подшерстка. Остались только волосы для красоты. Которые не греют. Сейчас, к зиме, подшерсток снова отрос. И им тепло в мороз😊❤️💯
