It's a blender add-on called screen cast keys. You can get it for free, just google it and it should come up. Very helpful!

1:37 when I go to the render setting I dont´t have the checkboxes for Ambient Occlusion, Bloom or Screen Space Reflections ... had to stop this tutorial at this point .

"Heads up" might be good advice in some cases, but HUD stands for head-up display 😉

The place where Is the facecam is empty , and it's best to see people while they're talking so you can feel that you're talking with him and that's excite you to continue watching .
