Dentists reluctant to sign up for Canadian Dental Care Plan

The Canadian Dental Care Plan is leaving some dentists hesitant to sign up. Dr. Joel Antel, president of the Canadian Dental Association, says there are a lot of details in the plan that are 'left to be decided.'
