I have continued to wear a mask when taking public transportation and in busy places.

Did you know a mask doesn’t help.I would be laughing at you.

@lindamcdaniel2419 Where did you get your information? You can laugh or react any way you want. That is your prerogative. It's my choice to wear it, not your business.

Yes hydration and hand washing are vital but do other things as well. Cutting out sugar is the best way to support your immune system, reduce pain and inflammation. Once I got into the mindset that sugar is poisonous to our bodies, my healthy choices for my diet have improved greatly. Daily salt water nasal rinsing is so important. Garlic-raw and crushed and let stand 10-12 minutes-mix with rice or soup or mashed potatoes. Take plenty of vit d3. Exercise. Avoid alcohol. Eat lots veggies and oatmeal.

To think you are worried about sugar in an orange is sad. Yet takes lots of vitamin supplements. 🤔

You’re kidding me. Everything said was common sense. Wash your hands etc. Did you really need a doctor / expert to say this ?
