This is a must workout for anyone who is interested in learning step! I do all of your step classes, but I still enjoy doing the basics too. You can easily turn this into fast basic if you want more. Chris' workouts have something for everyone!

If you want to try Step for the first time, this is an excellent one to start with. Chris breaks the basic moves down at a pace that is easy to follow. If you are more advanced, don’t just skip this one. I added an extra set of risers, went at tempo the entire time, and added a few more advanced moves with the same count and got a quick calorie burn of 207… not to mention a much needed endorphin boost! Thanks Chris! 😻

Chris is an expert teacher that can teach technique as well as give encouragement along the way. Recovering from a stroke I love the basic class. I am working on being able to keep up…Chris keeps me coming back for more. She is not boring. You will love her.

This is a great beginner class to get people interested in steps. He did a great job explaining things with basic moves. It was a good workout to add after a strength just to get some cardio in. Thank you so much.

I am loving your beginners basic classes 🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷. I am Brazilian and love step classes and I got sick the last 8 months and had to stop with my workout routine. Now that the doctor release me to do exercises again with no restrictions I realize I lost all my conditioning so doing your classes is helping get back to my conditioning. This is a perfect pace for those fellow basics who want to experiment with a riser! I was able to focus a little on core and balance on this as well during the tutorials. Will be rotating this with my other steps for "riser" days as I get stronger👟👍

Second time doing this class, love the lower speed with the more advanced moves. Did pretty good this time, some of the moves I’ve done in your other classes and that made it easier to follow this time. Thank you so much Chris, you are an amazing instructor.

This was a very good basic step class so we can learn moves and made me sweat so thats good too!! I'm still a newbie but I love knowing aerobics doesn't mean me on a stationary bike for 2 hrs or more

No I am sorry I cannot turn them off. The ads you’re seeing are tied to the music I use in my videos. When a KZbin creator uses popular songs, the revenue goes to the copyright owners-not the creator. So, out of the 400+ step workouts on my channel, I don’t earn anything from them. The copyright owners can also place ads wherever they want in the videos. The only way to avoid these ads is by subscribing to KZbin Premium, which makes all of KZbin ad-free. I would NEVER put ads in the middle of a workout. I wish I could control this, but KZbin's ad situation has been getting tougher lately, and many creators aren’t thrilled about it.
