That was so much fun!! My internet was down all day yesterday, so I had to make it work. I used the workout instructions that came with the Regina bands and then threw in some additional exercises that I learned from you! It was the most boring workout ever!! I missed you yesterday, but glad I was able to do this one today!! Thanks Chris!

Instructors really matter. I could’ve taken a live class at the gym today & gotten energy from the other people taking the class but instead chose to stay home & do this one. Not because I didn’t feel like driving out but because the instructor is not motivating to me. So I got a great workout with Chris because she’s excellent at her job. Thanks so much for all you do!

Phew! This 30 minutes of cardio kickboxing, was sweat and very nearly tears, but proud that I did all 50 full star jump in the end challenge 😅 Do we need a water break?? “No” says DJ Kev! 🤷🏼♀️ 😅😅 it’s ok, I think it’s fair to say we all kept going for that 30 minutes without a break! 👏🏻👏🏻
