Great one for me because I am short on time. Very sweaty after this one! Happy to say I didn't have to take a break during the repeaters at the end! Strength must be helping with that! Greedy KZbin added a 60 minute commercial in here..reminded me of when I used to do workouts on TV and I had to wait for the commercials! 😂

The ads you’re seeing are tied to the music I use in my videos. When a KZbin creator uses popular songs, the revenue goes to the copyright owners-not the creator. So, out of the 400+ step workouts on my channel, I don’t earn anything from them. The copyright owners can also place ads wherever they want in the videos. The only way to avoid these ads is by subscribing to KZbin Premium, which makes all of KZbin ad-free. I would NEVER put ads in the middle of a workout. I wish I could control this, but KZbin's ad situation has been getting tougher lately, and many creators aren’t thrilled about it.

Holy crapoly! That was fast and sweaty! No worries though, I cooled off quite nicely when I went out to shovel. On the Canadian prairies the temperature is currently -32 Celsius with the wind chill at -42 🥶. Thanks for the appetizer this morning lol. Have a wonderful day filled with warmth and love! 🇨🇦💕

Even if you're an advanced stepper or prefer more choreography, give this a try! It goes by fast and there's no time for boredom. And it's easy to follow so you can really focus on your moves and getting your heart pumping. If you want a longer workout, rewind and repeat or find another 20 minute cardio to do after for even more variety. Thank you for these condensed workouts this week, Chris!

I came off a REALLY long day at the desk updating my operating system (BIG butt pain!). I normally don't like to exercise past 2PM but it was 5PM and I REALLY wanted to step, so I put this one on. Yikes… you were not Kidding about this being fast! I used to get scared to do fast step… after stepping with you and your excellent instructions I get excited by the challenge… still not a big fan of the repeater knee burnouts, but my legs a bum are! Short, sweet, and sweaty!

I needed a quick step workout this morning because I wasn’t sure I could do a full 30-40 minute one (rough week so far). I’m glad I did this one. Great music as always. I felt like I worked out, but not to the point of exhaustion. I felt good afterwards, which I needed. 🙂
