How fun are you all! I needed this after my Sunday hour-long swim with my triathlete friend. I'm not training, I'm not an elegant swimmer, but I do it! It's nice to have a friend to be silly and giggle with!

I don't know how I missed this! I think anyone who will take the time (it's only 1/2 hour) to do this will absolutely love it! I felt so good after it ended. It actually gives me energy when I'm done.. I think it's a combination of the sequence of stretching and the laughter, (not that I was laughing at you passing out Chris and I'm happy you were okay, but you sure know how to tell a story) it's all good! Thanks as always Chris 😘

I so needed this today. I pushed myself hard yesterday and earlier in the tabata today and I immediately felt the benefit of these stretches. My hips were super stiff too but this helped a lot. Im definitely going to do this one again. It was nice and wrist friendly too. Thank you so much for these stretches. i do need to do them more often.

Always love the mobility, Chris, thanks! Pro tip from my Grandpa (RIP) if you're ever lightheaded/dizzy and can't immediately sit down (or even if you can) - breathe and clap your hands vigorously - the clapping helps get blood quickly from your heart to your brain (he was a heart surgeon). It's helped me countless times :)

I love your mobility/strecthing routines..I never liked stretches before, yours are sooo good, I am looking forward each day..on my days off I do 3 of them in a row and feel like I´m in heaven 😇🤩🥰 I´d pick a streching routine over a pizza anytime (and I love pizza 😅)

This is such a good stretch especially for the hips. I am on rehab for the last 2 weeks. It's been a mental struggle to not be able to do step etc, while healing a muscle. It's part of the world of exercising. Back to more mobility and strength training. Thanks Chris!

Feeling so much better after doing this workout! I totally agree with AmandaMartin. - after doing stretch workout you will realize the need of stretching! In general I try to add a flexibility and mobility workout after every workout, due to available time not possible every day but almost every day 👍🏻

Okay. So you’ve finally guilted me into doing more stretch. Let’s be honest journos are NOT big on patience 😅 I nearly died at the idea of 30 mins. But OOOOOMG! It felt so good and I thought we were 15 mins in when it ended. Love you CD and your team 💪

Chris! I hurt my back yesterday doing dead lifts. Was holding 25 lb weights and just moved a little in the wrong direction and knew I was in trouble. Afterwards, it hurt to go up stairs, and it really hurt to try to get up from a seated or lying position. First, if it had not been for me consistently doing your strength training, it would have been worse! Second, I did this full body stretch this morning and am amazed at how much better I feel. I’m still sore, but my mobility has improved so much in one day! It’s easier to get up from a seated position and to move in general. Since you’re not a doctor (wait, what?!?!), I do have an appointment with mine on Tuesday. 😊 Doing this one again tomorrow, and will come back to even more of your stretching and mobility workouts. Shame on me that it took getting injured to finally do EXTENDED stretching and mobility. THANK YOU!!❤❤❤❤

My hips have been very tight lately and this felt so good! Appreciated your mammogram story - I also passed out during one of mine and freaked out the technician! Now I always warn them and they let me sit down between images. Being a woman is so much fun 😝

As well as being really effective this class was such a giggle to do, thank you for the laughs. I’m awoken by my dog every day without fail around 5am by a pair of eyes starring at me to get up, and should I ignore it I get head butted til I move.

I have issues with my neck and have been going to PT. A free weeks ago I received acupuncture in my skull down to my neck and let me tell you it was amazing! If you haven’t tried, maybe look into that.
