I so needed this today. I pushed myself hard yesterday and earlier in the tabata today and I immediately felt the benefit of these stretches. My hips were super stiff too but this helped a lot. Im definitely going to do this one again. It was nice and wrist friendly too. Thank you so much for these stretches. i do need to do them more often.

Always love the mobility, Chris, thanks! Pro tip from my Grandpa (RIP) if you're ever lightheaded/dizzy and can't immediately sit down (or even if you can) - breathe and clap your hands vigorously - the clapping helps get blood quickly from your heart to your brain (he was a heart surgeon). It's helped me countless times :)

This is such a good stretch especially for the hips. I am on rehab for the last 2 weeks. It's been a mental struggle to not be able to do step etc, while healing a muscle. It's part of the world of exercising. Back to more mobility and strength training. Thanks Chris!

Feeling so much better after doing this workout! I totally agree with AmandaMartin. - after doing stretch workout you will realize the need of stretching! In general I try to add a flexibility and mobility workout after every workout, due to available time not possible every day but almost every day 👍🏻

Chris! I hurt my back yesterday doing dead lifts. Was holding 25 lb weights and just moved a little in the wrong direction and knew I was in trouble. Afterwards, it hurt to go up stairs, and it really hurt to try to get up from a seated or lying position. First, if it had not been for me consistently doing your strength training, it would have been worse! Second, I did this full body stretch this morning and am amazed at how much better I feel. I’m still sore, but my mobility has improved so much in one day! It’s easier to get up from a seated position and to move in general. Since you’re not a doctor (wait, what?!?!), I do have an appointment with mine on Tuesday. 😊 Doing this one again tomorrow, and will come back to even more of your stretching and mobility workouts. Shame on me that it took getting injured to finally do EXTENDED stretching and mobility. THANK YOU!!❤❤❤❤
