Oh, I really enjoyed this workout, Chris, and it did take me by surprise at how challenging it was. I was sooo sweaty at the end, buckets!!

Whew! 🔥 I pushed all the way through! Feels so good to get it done! Definitely stronger! (I’m also happy I did mobility yesterday). I didn’t have gliders (ordered some today), so I used paper plates, which worked well. I have leg day and arm day marked on my workout calendar, other cardio classes between! See you then! TY! ❤

This was really challenging but fun. Loved the music! There is a band that tours the country called Yatley crew and they play all yacht rock music and they are really really good. Highly recommend anyone to go see them if they’re ever near where any of you live.

I had to literally use a nag of flor and a case of soup cans for weights as I was doing this at my aunt's house, and paper pkates for gliders... no excuses

I did this workout using 11lb for the very first time and felt so proud of my progress! This morning, my arms burn and hurt, yet my heart rejoices lol! Thank you so much for everything ♥️

I have always trained at home following KZbinrs, but after a short time, I would give up on the workouts because I didn't feel any connection with them. It was as if they were all perfect frames without something that truly motivated, something genuinely real. With your videos, one feels supported, understood, has fun, and it's precisely the steps we sometimes mess up or getting lost in laughter that makes everything absolutely perfect and gives the most lasting results. I really like the workouts where we do a set number of reps as opposed to the AMRAPs. I like AMRAPs, too, but this was a nice change of pace!

Started with your challenge and decided to follow the weekly schedule once it was over. This was a great full body strength using compound moves. Really liked that you could lift heavier since the pace was slower and only 12 reps. Thank you!

Loved this full body workout this morning! The format was challenging for me & the moves were great. Except for the monster walk press up - that was not great.... but I got through them, as the cursing helped. The music was a fun fit for this workout too. Thanks, Chris, for keeping us super strong and always striving to be our best. Can't wait for the next one!

Great class!! Since the Challenge I have to have weights and legs with my cardio!!! Not everyday but I alternate. I was cardio- abs-cardio-abs! There is a difference!❤👊🏽👊🏽

WHEWWWWWW what an a$$-kicker! Loved this format of 12 reps, multiple rounds as it does me to heavy up - even got up to 15 lbs on those rows with the gliders, which is huge for me!! Thank you so much!

Great workout and I really had to push myself to get it done (mentally I wasn't in the mood for it😢). My only "complaint" is that during the intro it says 37 min upper body and I was like wait, I thought I picked a full body 😂 I totally appreciate you putting the timer in these older videos.
