Whew! 🔥 I pushed all the way through! Feels so good to get it done! Definitely stronger! (I’m also happy I did mobility yesterday). I didn’t have gliders (ordered some today), so I used paper plates, which worked well. I have leg day and arm day marked on my workout calendar, other cardio classes between! See you then! TY! ❤

This was really challenging but fun. Loved the music! There is a band that tours the country called Yatley crew and they play all yacht rock music and they are really really good. Highly recommend anyone to go see them if they’re ever near where any of you live.

Loved this full body workout this morning! The format was challenging for me & the moves were great. Except for the monster walk press up - that was not great.... but I got through them, as the cursing helped. The music was a fun fit for this workout too. My only "complaint" is that during the intro it says 37 min upper body and I was like wait, I thought I picked a full body 😂 I totally appreciate you putting the timer in these older videos.
