I had a really good workout. I started with low weights. I like to soften the body/muscles first and then go a little heavy. So gracious and considerate to ask your guest to take a break when tired as he was struggling; even to sit down to do the over the head armwork. Nice!! Thanks Christina

As someone who has been swing dancing since high school 20+ years ago, I have danced with people aged 9-90 so if the 90 year old dancers can do it to keep moving anyone can. I got to meet Frankie Manning who is the father of lindy hop when he was 92 and still swing dancing (he died at 94)! I have gone to swing dance events all over the US but never at Soul Joel's I'll have to get there! Thanks for a great class!

Great workout, so funny and the time flew by! This format is a great example of how you can make a strength workout more or less challenging just based on the weight you choose. I started lighter in the first round and worked up to heavier and I was feeling it!

This was a great all-around strength training workout! Seeing Joel taking a quick break in the middle of the workout was a good reminder to me that it's ok to do so if it's necessary to finish up a program. Also, the hint of pressing the feet on the floor while doing pulsing abs helped put the focus on my abs & the strain off my back. Thank you for all the fun you bring to the workouts, Christina!😃
