I really enjoy kickboxing my stress away! The reminder in the middle of the workout about jumping when you are younger and you don’t have to when you are older, it was like you were saying it to me! I do get frustrated when I can’t work out as hard as I used to! That being said, I worked as hard as I could and was a bucket of sweat at the end! THANK YOU CHRIS

First time doing a kickboxing class with you. It was awesome. I am on vacation and this was the perfect workout to combat poor sleep and consumption of food not normally eaten - feel good and sweaty and burned some calories. Ready for the day! As always amazing Chris! ❤

When work gets in the way and feel stressed, there’s nothing better than getting home and doing a cardio kickboxing workout, that definitely punches away the stress for sure. Love the combination, when I got it right Chris got it wrong, when Chris got it right I got it wrong, we’d definitely make a good fitness pair 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Chris, I started working out with you this summer to make it a “summer of strength.” I’m 58 and have worked out for 35+ years, mostly cardio. I don’t look like I work out, a little chubby but feel good. In July, I fell off a rock while hiking and broke my foot. After a few pity parties, I heard you saying, “you can still strength train!” So I started seated strength workouts. I know that the strength training I did helped me navigate four weeks of non weight bearing and for that I thank you. I’m still fearful of jumping in workouts but I embrace the low impact. Thank you so much!!

Wow, I'm a sweaty mess right now 😅. To be honest, first thing in the morning, it was a bit tough to follow the choreography (5.30am I wasn't at my best), but I kept going and pushed through the workout. Now, I feel energised for the rest of the day 😊. Thank you!

Chris thank you so much for an awesome cardio kickboxing workout today.i worked my very very best and very hard .I was a sweaty mess .I put all my best effort into the workout .kick boxing is going to be one of my best workouts.all the different combo moves I kept up today.and the music was amazing and very motivating.i gave it 10000% hard work and effort today.i felt so strong and really buzzing afterwards .thank you chris.for all the amazing workouts.from daniel

Excellent workout! Love your kickboxing workouts so much! But I do want to say that I have really gotten into the strength training. I agree with you that if anyone is only doing cardio, they should try to start off with one strength session a week. Before you know it, the results that you see will want to make you do more. Strength training is where it's at! You need it all to be fit! Thank you, Chris!

Got in a bit of a muddle at the start of the V-Steps, Knee, Kick but after a couple of tries got it, didn't do the hooks with it at first & then added them. You just gotta keep trying right? Excellent class , hot & sweaty & great bouncy music! Thank you sooo much ❤

This was soooo good!!! 🔥🤸‍♂️ Def one of your best kickboxing classes! p.s. Would love to see more of the non-stop cardio kickboxing vs. HIIT style, but that's just my personal preference 🙂
