I hope my comment hasn't caused additional stress! I'm not a lawyer, nor from the US, but my understanding is that the Supreme Court has already ruled that calling someone racist is opinion. Braun's lawyers know that. Shelly talked about cultural insensitivity. It is Braun's lawyers who interpreted that as being the same as being called racist. Ian Runkle will have more details about the whole "racist is opinion" defense and I see he was trying to get in touch with you a couple of weeks ago from the comments

I have no idea how they think they have a case when you didn’t sign that amended contract- complete BS. I watched every second of that 3 hour video and at no point did I think you were accusing them of racism. Kind of wild that that would be their takeaway, but what’s that saying… a hit dog is gonna holler? If that was how it was perceived by them, that’s on them. I feel like Janet has a serious social media addiction and has solicited clients that allow her to justify it as ‘work’. They all need to check the billing because you might’ve been the first client she did this to but I doubt you were the last.
