Hi! I hope you enjoyed this update video and satisfying conclusion to the Celebrity Number Six mystery. I do have to apologise for the audio in this video being a bit messy! I wasn’t able to record the voice over in my usual recording location, so I apologise if it sounds a little off. Additionally, some parts had to be slotted into the original recording, as the story developed fairly rapidly. I wanted to get this video out ASAP, so I hope you can forgive any slightly odd audio! @@cleandiva actually many people gave a shit about this lol...there were people who did the ground work by going to stores and related companies, people who bought whatever magazines they found from that time-period, people who wrote hundreds of emails to magazines, photographers, models, companies, thousands of people on the lookout for any person/photo that looked similar over these 5 years etc etc. The reason it became this huge is because it seemed so obvious, should have been so easy to find, especially considering the other 7 celebrities and their pictures were found almost immediately. The picture of celebrity no. 6 couldn't have just fallen from the sky. It just HAD to be somewhere. Somewhere popular enough for the artist to put it on a fabric. And now no one could find it. The longer it took, the more curious people became. A lot of things in this world could be considered "insignificant" from your standards. But I think these sorta stuff is what makes us human beings.

Technically it could have been some random person’s yearbook photo. Just because the other faces were actors doesn’t mean they all had to be. The artist was going for a certain look and #6 fit in with the look. I do think the artist did a search for Evangeline Lily and that other photo came up due to bad image recognition or something so they used it.

I despised Reddit and Redditors for ages but recently deleted tik tok which was my main time waste app which got me to considerly up my time on Reddit and it’s bizarre they’re so much better than I remember. A year ago I’d only interact with Redditors like once a month and 9/10 interactions were horrible with them being so unnecessarily rude. But it’s like something has drastically changed and now I have a few interactions a day and instead of 9 out of 10 being bad 9 out of 10 are positive. Well it is one of two. Either 1) They thought it was Evangeline Lilly. Or 2) The author was Spanish and used a very famous Spanish model (at that time) as a part of the roaster. What happened afterwards was all….accident.

Perhaps the designer thought she was a big celebrity... though the theme of the pattern are celebrities, it wasn't done to specifically attract their fans/milk their name. Perhaps the designer just wanted to create a vector pattern of stylish/famous people (a graphic style popular at that time), and celebrity pics are the most available source for that (paying no mind which celebs were being displayed). Also, it's not like it was an ordinary person photo. The photo is a professional modeling photo, so that sort of misunderstanding is not impossible
