I've done everything the doctors recommended and it didn't get better for years 😪 So thank you for sharing your knowledge.

Just discovered this video. I failed all 3 diagnostic tests, so can't wait to do the exercises. Scans show my neck vertebrae have degeneration, bit I'm told that doesn't 'guarantee' beck pain and headache. Cortisone injection into the c2/c3 region had no effect at all. I'm a great believer in exercise, so will let you know in a few months how I got on

I get these. I wonder if its injury related?? Ive fallen off horses and got whiplash. Seems like mine get triggered by stress or menstrual cycle related.

@11:00,I can't see and understand where your fingers are pressing.
@physiotipswithmarrow5836Ай бұрын
Use your fingers to assess your superficial muscles in front of the neck. It is desired to have these muscles feel soft during the nodding exercise. This will insure that the deep muscle system is getting most of the exercise.

This is going to sound crazy but I had a mammogram yesterday and I had to push my head to the side very firmly and I heard a pop in my neck. Then she tugged on my breast for the scanner to take imaging and my rib and chest muscles were being pulled down and I could feel the pulling sensation in my neck. Then I had to do the same on the other side. The moment I walked out of that room dizzyness started, and at night the headache started, eye pain, jaw pain. Weird sensation in my face and eye pain. I recognize this as being cervigogenic vertigo and headaches. Cause I've had all sorts of tests at ENT, neurologist, dentists. Was diagnosed with tmjd. But I believe it's neck issues all along. I've had 2 episodes of severe headaches and dizzyness from Jan to March in 2023 and from Sept to Dec in 2023. Noticed that doing dry needling made it worse. Also too much manipulation on neck made it worse. I can't tell you what helped me exactly cause it lasted 4 months each time. But less was more in my case. Chin tucks were the only thing I could handle. I literally felt sick yesterday, I was in a department store after the mammogram and I became so dizzy. I started rubbing my neck and it just got worse and worse. This thing is a master disquiser. I get trigemanial pain, had mri of brain and face. Nothing was seen. It must be the neck. Is there anything you can do for this if youre very sensitive? And too much triggers it? I feel like laying down all the time. It's like an eye headache as well. It feels like my head weighs a ton and is going to drop off my shoulders
