what I've learned about managing anxiety is to focus on today and focus on now, trying to enjoy work and life all I can, not worrying about tomorrow, not sorry about yesterday...

很有同感,我先生就是在Boston university and Tuffs dental school完成他的牙醫師和牙周病專科醫師的訓練,整個過程真的惡夢連連😂

I am not sure which dental school you attended. It sounded really demanding!! I went to dental school at U of Toronto. I guess we were lucky in our days in the late eighties and early nineties. Most patients were nice & punctual. I retired early after practicing for 25 years!! Anyway, all the best in this competitive world!
