Loved seeing all the beautiful ornaments being packed and shipped. Loved the Goebel cat ornaments, i remember the video where Mark found them. My daughter lives next door to an optometrist office and they put out some really great small cardboard boxes on recycling day. Maybe check with your local eye doctors and see if you can get some free shipping boxes.

Regarding using inexpensive quilt batting: Yes, I discovered the value of the cheap batting by accident one day when I needed something special for protecting an item. My batting was free-to-me and so it was perfect. Regarding breaking a sold item: Yes, this also happened to me just a couple weeks ago, except my item happened to have a tiny chip that I did not see or broke in inventory. I emailed the buyer twice and did not get any response; so, instead of shipping it, I cancelled the order and messaged again with an explanation for the cancellation. The buyer responded a week later by leaving me a rave review, thanking me for not shipping it with the chip.

@@AvanteAvenue Most here in NC don't have much for reselling. They are great for furniture and construction. There is one place I go that has their xmas 90% off at the moment, but most of it has damage. I keep telling them they should just toss it. There may be some gems in the flotsam and jetsam they have but I can't find it.

I weigh everything at the time of listing. In addition, I take a look at the measurement and as long as it’s under 12 x 12 x 12 I’m not concerned with the exact box measurements. With that said, I also have a list of all my box sizes. This video shows how I use calculated shipping. Nowadays, I offer calculated shipping for both priority and ground advantage. Most people choose ground advantage, but this is an older video, but it’s still about estimating shipping. I have a question about your air pillow machine... is there an option to make them less full? Sometimes I want a little less air to be able to fit the pillow in a space.

I just played around with it and although I can adjust the speed (and temp), the air in the pillows came out about the same. So, I'd say that there isn't any adjustment that really affects the "air fill." Thanks for asking Juliet.

Are those invoices where you bought them and price you paid from Ebay Custom CKU print out or do you use some type of database of your own to keep track?

This is an eBay packing slip. Go to your shipping labels. Open up actions for the sale. Choose print packing slip. Check ✔️the boxes for what you want to show on the packing slip. We include the custom label which is what we use for our private and internal use. You do not want your buyer to see your custom label so don’t do this if you’re inserting a packing slip, this is what we use for our videos and our reference sheet for pulling the package, noting it with the shipping information, etc. Once you do that for one sale, you should always see an option every time you have a sale to print a packing list. There’s no point in checking your ship from information as it just wastes ink. Only check what you really need or want to print. If you’re using this to send to the buyer, never ever check the custom label. That is your custom label SKU that Ebay gives you in your listings for private information. As you can see, we use it for the date listed where we bought it how much we paid, etc. I would never want my buyer to see that. Hope that helps!
