Loved the workout. As a 68 year old person I found the barre exercises invigorating and joint friendly. I am sure this will also help with my balance and I will continue my effort to nurture my body.

Great for coming back from tendinitis issues. Helps strengthen my butt muscles/core, truly pull up from my core without having to worry about maintaining "perfect" ballet technique. My arches have been collapsing so I need to work my other muscles and pull up!

I love this video. More please. I am 71 and coming back from a surgically repaired broken ankle with serious nerve damage/ numbness of lower leg and foot. This is a great workout for me now that I have been weight bearing for a month. This is wonderful as were your Hurt Foot series.

I totally love this workout. It is everything you say it is-it works the body, but yet it still feels gentle and nurturing. I am gradually returning to exercising, as I am healing from a breast biopsy. This was just perfect. Thank you, Caroline!

I loved this! I broke my toe a few weeks ago, and while it's feeling better, I'm still so scared to do anything that will make it worse. This felt like my regular cardio activities, but I loved that it didn't require a lot of repeated stepping impact! Thank you :)

Painfully awesome, was definitely a great challenge especially the lunges and squats. Quite well balanced with the only excption being not much cardio, but my heart is pumping enough as it is . Perhaps should have ended with a chair run before breath in breath out. Neverhtless, I like this and is a great challenge, will be doing it again. Thanks Caroline.
