Walk with me! Let's get moving at home and boost our energy, fitness, and health with this uplifting indoor walking workout. Put your favorite music on in the background and double-knot your shoelaces. Press play on the video below. You can do this! Let's get started!
This fast indoor walking workout is low impact and will keep you in the fat-burning zone while helping you achieve your daily step goal. This video is designed to be fun and challenge you. If any of the steps are too hard...simply march on the spot or step touch it out. My goal is to keep our feet moving for the duration of the workout. Burn calories from the comfort of your own home while keeping this workout low impact. This workout was super fun to do and I hope you enjoy it. Hi Caroline! Just tried this workout today. Very good. Brought my husband home from the hospital today and feeling stressed overall. Very helpful to do this and not too long/hard because I wouldn't have tried it. Thank you!

Your workouts are my chosen form of exercise. Living in an apartment doesn't give you much room for workout equipment and I get everything from your workouts. Love that its for all levels of fitness and always gets me ready for things like bear crawls, pushups, birdbogs / dead birds etc, and afterward as well. Helps the sore muscles easy back to normality. Thank you for doing these, you've been a real life saver.

Hi Caroline! I love this workout. I’m a new nurse going through orientation, it’s been making my stress/anxiety really flare up. But I’ve been doing this video after my shifts and it’s so helpful. It uplifts my mood and I love knowing I’m taking care of my physical health despite being so anxious. Thank you for all you do!

I love this stress relief walking excise I also love practice with you everyday. Your energy is so positive and uplifting. I don’t feel I have to be competitive or serious. It supposed to be fun Could you please make other stress relief excise ? Especially so much going on in the world the past 2 years, it is really help doing this type of excise. I do this workout twice, one without weights and then I add in weights for the second round! I am loving it, please add more of these workouts

I did your indoor walk, and two other 10 minute walks. I am pretty tired 🥱 but I am glad l got through it. It was 40 minutes all together. I feel better!!

Found exercises good to Incorporate ankle weights and small dumbbells for a bit more intensity. Enjoyed this workout and worked up a sweat 😓 thanks Caroline 😊

I've been doing two work outs daily and my legs hurt a little lol i'm going to go on a long walk and get back into it later this afternoon :) I actually feel kind of guilty if i don't work out
