Again, not really complaining, just letting you know from a daily viewer that it's near impossible to figure out what happening when the content is spread out over live streams and 3 channels. I hope you guys don't over extend yourselves too much... I kinda gave up trying to watch every day because I have to go to 3 channels to try and find the videos. Remember, people are lazy by nature and having to navigate 3 different channels for content that should be on 1 or 2 channels is going to drive viewers away. I still love ya though!

@@tachitos6022 Tachi Lara KZbin notifications can be pretty unreliable though. I've subscribed and "rung the bell" on all three channels but I've had a few videos that I either don't get a notification for, or the notification comes 2 or 3 days after the video for whatever reason. Additionally, sometimes I just can't watch a video right when it drops and I get behind a little, then I have to figure out where the videos were that I missed

Tachi Lara I cant turn notifications on. My cell would go off all the time. And I watch way to many youtubers for all that. Plus have enough apps always goin off from friends family and apps that make me money. And as he said above this comment of mine. Can’t always watch a video when get the notification. As I said in first comment. It would just be easier if they had one channel and just kept up with upload playlist

i do this for a living(currently taking a break of actually scanning). I used to use this system, but we've moved on to Blue Light scanning its more accurate and faster. Its really cool to see this trickle down to the "hobby" level. I wish someone would of told you to use spray powder(foot powder) for clear and reflective surfaces its way quicker than taping everything off. Don't forget you can scan people's heads and more things and 3D print them. lol. Have fun with it and don't drop it i know how much it costs.

This is right up Kei Miura's alley. Even before the S-chassis kits, he was known for kei trucks and vans. He's also known to use a lot of 3D scanning, computer modeling, and cnc production since way back.

We used white light scanners a ton for interior measurements of IPs and doors. Was great to tweak molds of complex shapes based on the scans white provided infinitely more data than a regular CMM.

You can even make 3d scans by just taking a bunch of pictures with your phone from the object and loading them up to a program and it will render it. You do need a pretty powerful PC for it or a lot of patience.

ME!! 2 channels was okay, but as soon as they went to 3, I just gave up trying to follow what was happening. If they are short on content, making a 3rd channel is another nail in the coffin. I hope they can bounce back when they move to the new location where we can have burnouts.

Why are the dots not reusable? they are just reflectors. Is it the adhesive? If that is the case, I would apply new adhesive and BAM. No need to buy new 'Flectors each time.

The dots are used (edit: by the scanner) as a size reference for the surface that is being scanned. The diameter of the center portion of the dots is EXTREMELY accurate/precise (off the top of my head I think it's like a micron or something, I'm to lazy to go hunt down where I found it to see what it actually is) , I think (not 100% sure) that when you reuse them it can throw that off which makes the scan less reliable, accurate, etc. The outer black ring of the dots is just for contrast.

their basically just regular stickers just a little thicker and their highly accurate circles. They are not reusable, they get destroyed then you take them off. the adhesive is also very accurate so the computer can calculate out over wise you would have a crap ton of little bumps on all the flat/smooth surfaces. They also cost about 50 cents a sticker seriously or at least they didn't when i was using them 3 years ago. They do have magnet ones but theyre clearly not use that kind
