Love this!!! It's exactly what I needed. I had canine interference at first, but then your cat appeared and I knew it was all right! One of the things I like about your video is that you get right to the point and don't make me sit through 10 minutes of talking talking talking. Bravo! I'll be back. I love your channel. I'm 75, and love all the routines. Doctor recommended yoga after lots of back injections, injuries, arthritis, etc. He said work on the core but don't get on the floor. So I alternate between your standing workouts to chair yoga trying to get back so I can walk a couple of miles again. Dang! getting older isn't for sissies, is it? I'm 68 and have arthritis in my knees and hands. I've been interested in yoga for a while but always thought it was just too strenuous! I discovered your videos and love them! I've been doing the chair yoga 10 and 15 minute sessions daily for 3 weeks, combining with swimming a couple times a week. The difference in my flexibility is amazing! I cannot believe it! I can reach to the top of cupboards and bend to pick things up without feeling stiff and sore. My balance is better and I can walk further! On top of that I feel calmer and more relaxed! Oh, was I excited when I saw this one. I so LOVE Yoga but have limited myself to chair Yoga nowadays. This session had a couple of familiar moves that sent me "back home" and then blossomed into soft and gentle new ones. I viewed this first and will be doing this today either as a cool down or a stand alone. I'm hoping that you create more of these. They're wonderful on days when aches and pains prohibit more active movement but assure me that I'm moving nonetheless, with the added bonus of getting into and calming myself. I'm in my 50s and when I was younger I was able to do the warrior pose standing up. Now I have to do it the modified way but yoga has been a savior fo me and truly has made a difference 🙂

Hello , you've created quite the hit ! This is my first exposure to Yoga so a little unfamiliar for me . Is it unusual to feel like you're in trance because this occurred . I 've been taught self hypnosis & meditation for PTSD . I learned I need to increase my flexibility & mobility which I will be practicing with this workout . I recall the Thai Chi Anniversary workout & one of my favorites of all time . Thanks again for all of your genuine caring & healing workouts . Try staying cool , sorry for all of the heat you're exposed to .

I love how yoga deepens the breath, thus calming the mind, while the movements unwind the body, and this felt like an especially intuitive practice--thank you! So cute how Mochi was drawn to it. Their way of stretching and relaxing seems to make them natural yogis, don't you think?

Thank you so much for this sweet Chair Yoga practice. I have been practicing yoga for 25+ years and during the pandemic, I encouraged my mother to stretch and move while we were all in lockdown so we would meet on Zoom once a week for a Chair Yoga session. A year after that, my Aunties in Hawai'i learned about our practice and have been joining us every week for over two years to stretch and breathe together! Late afternoon. Retired, nearly 70. Resumed yestonext exercises this week after long lay-off due to surgery. How I have missed them! First time doing chair yoga, really loved April's calm, gentle voice and the poses. I look forward each day to fitting in at least some stretching, cardio and walking exercises and some strength training several times a week. Love what you both do and how it has such a positive effect on me.

Early evening. Broken ankle 😢 second time same leg. After hospital and physio, many, many weeks later I have returned! Needless to say, I have missed yestonext immensely and this week I have started chair yoga again, gentle stretches and continuing my favourite exercises. And in the meantime I have turned 70. Fingers crossed the rest of the year will continue with no more interruptions-I need my daily fix of yestonext 😊.

I stopped going to the gym when the pandemic started and it’s been difficult to maintain an exercise regime but you and your Mom (and Mochi!) make it so enjoyable to exercise at home. Such a great relaxing stretch workout. I actually went through it twice as the 1st time I was having to keep rearranging my chair as I was in a small area and didn’t have quite enough room especially for the Warrior positions. Wanted to experience the relaxing effects which I wasn’t able to the 1st time so decided to do it again. So glad I did..

I am so thankful for discovering Yes2Next! Facing multiple body issues and surgeries Yes2Next has helped me stay moving or get back to moving. After surgeries I return to gentle stretches and gentle mobility for seniors and do the work in order to move forward. I love April's gentle instructions and reminders and Aiko's gallant movements even when you can see it's not easy for her! Mochi brings a gentleness and humor to the sessions with his appearances and showing off of his stretches. I found this video after fracturing my hip. I'm waiting for it to heal naturally or I will have to have surgery. This really helps alleviate the discomfort of constantly sitting, laying, or using a walker to maneuver. Thank you to you, your mom, and you kitty cat!~

I’ve done the chair yoga a couple of times now. Good one when my feet are a bit too sore to stand. I feel so warm now and iit is winter here in Australia. No heaters on. Enjoy your sessions so much and tell all my friends to try them. I loved the cat coming to sit behind you. Very cute.

Awesome workout. I am so glad it can be done each day and even as a cool down.
