Oops sorry guys I missed the 5th Chakra! How to do: 1. Imagine a bright beam of light going into the 5th chakra (in the dip between your collar bones) just like how you did for the other chakras. 2. Leave your jaws relaxed and mouth slightly open and shake your neck side to side.

yes! sitting on a chair with your feet flat on the floor while sitting at the edge of your seat so you're not leaning back on your chair.

"Science" had found much evidence of energy centers in humans... problem being that giving you all that information would put the power in your hands.. then we wouldn't need the Dr's so much.. then their whole system would collapse.. we wouldn't want that now would we? 🙄
