Milwaukee offers the 2767 as bare tool 2767-20 2767-21 tool battery charger and bag 2767-22 tool batterys(2) charger hard case And 2767-22R tool Batterys(2 resistant batterys) charger and hard case

Does the 2767-20 suppose to have the same full power in reverse?

I believe it does, the 2767-20 is the same tool that is in the 2767-22 kit ... You'd have to double check via the Milwaukee website and tool specs. I know the only difference is between the friction ring version and pin detent version .

I am assuming you have a 96-B serial number? I would try and reach out to Milwaukee directly and see what they can do, they may only do something for you if it's broken.. 🤷‍♂️. Good luck👍
