I've never seen an album kill an artist's career trajectory so fast like this one. Chance was hyped up to be the next big hiphop act to take over after Drake, Kendrick, Cole, Kanye. All that hype died down the minute he released this. He hasn't released a new album yet and people forgotten about him. His previous mixtapes don't receive as much praise anymore either. Crazy.
