The grey leaves add a perfect bit of serenity! I'll be interested to hear what Meeden does with your feedback on that pad of paper. I did buy it, and as you say, the cold press has a yellowish quality. It's also hard to use with all 3 paper types glued together. I ended up separating the 3 types. Which kind of defeats the purpose of that firm cardboard foundation. Oh well, it seemed like an economical way to try all 3 papers, because until now, I'd only used their cold press.

Thanks for your honest opinion of the 3 pad pad from Meeden. I was wondering how you got to the back 2 kinds of paper. Now I know you just have to work down to them.

Yes, well you can separate the three types of paper, but that way they don’t have the board backing to support them and keep them flat. So it kinda loses the point of being a block somewhat as you go through the paper. I will take the top sheets of rough off now and work down through the cold press part. Although to be fair it’s not very rough actually.
