I think it may be worth mentioning Chance that the reason all these homes you are touring up North have that basement access door in them. Up there most homes have a full basement under them. It is where the furnace and all the Mechanical items are. Due to the extreme Cold Winters they need to have that full basement under them. My Uncle and Aunt lived up in Northern PA. and they had a woodstove in their basement that really kept the lower level very warm and even helped keep the upstairs warmer as well. Just thought I would mention that.

Needs a bathtub in the master. Very nice. I wouldn't have stackable in the laundry as I will never own another front loader but overall it's a great house.

Chance this is a beautiful home. Love the layout. The kitchen is gorgeous. The rooms are are nice size. The laundry room is not big enough it needs more depth , opening the washer and dryer doors trying to remove or put in laundry would be to close quarters. As you know women love big kitchens and laundry rooms. Especially if you have kids. 😉

I love this floor plan! Not sure how you could squeeze a tub in with the shower, but that shower is worth it!! No big pantry, but I don't think it needs it, I love the kitchen layout. From the outside it doesn't look like your typical prefab home. This unit and Deer Creek make great homes. Add a basement that you finish and you could get an additional bedroom and bath downstairs. Thank you for the pocket door on the master bath! Sorry builders going potty is not a team sport. We get up about the same time so we need to multitask. 😂😂😂😂 That office space I can see myself in for sure. Their staging is top notch as well, so you can really see yourself in that home.

I kind of agree with Aureliofont. Open concept is ok to an extent, especially in regard to den or kids activity room opening up with kitchen so Mom can watch kids while she works in kitchen. When I see one of your tours that shows a house with an actual room that is a living room and a separate dining room in an area that has walls, with perhaps an archway leading to kitchen, I always feel like wow! This is better than all that open concept taken to extremes! I prefer houses with actual rooms for each dedicated purpose. Kitchen opening up to family activity area is great.

Beautiful house! It is so nice to see a house without those horrid beams in the living room, kitchen and dining room. I love the office ceiling! Why don’t the others do that instead of beams? Ok now that said, the bed rooms and closets seem small but useable and where is the pantry, needs a pantry. Thank you for showing this home, I hope you show some of the other models there too.
