I text him so much for 3 weeks, i beg him, i ask if we can back to spend time together as im no longer to repeit the same outcome , and im no longer to take as prsonally his space! He told me, we can be just friends! I text him i said as i have still feeling for you, im going to take distance from you and probably back when i see you as a friend too!!! Im going to work on myself as i need to be secure not because only for relationships but for my life! , and he said he is happy to keep our good memory, and I put myself first. ⁠DETACH By going no-contact. It creates emotional disconnect and helps you to see “the ex” clearly, instead of through rose colored glasses. If they discarded you, THAT IS how you HAVE TO remember them…as someone who was cruel and threw you away, threw what you built together AWAY AS rotten trash. It requires rewiring the brain though. The brain wants to fix a problem. So it keeps you strategizing “the how” to fix it but THE ONLY way to truly disconnect and detach is by going no contact.

After being stabbed in the back by a friend/business partner I really lost myself. Became super anxious, stressed about money and what was going to happen to the shop, my weight fluctuated, started feeling really down. I knew i wasn't being myself, in fact i lost myself. Told her I just needed time and id be the guy I was and better before the chaos of the business. There were issues on both sides but i know i wasnt showing up well or able to handle her needs or relationship concerns in the best fashion. I was pulled in so many ways it really sucked. I'm happy I was there for her when she needed that shoulder to cry on, to help her with life situations, to feel her warmth when seeing me come over. I got my own place, a new job, got blood work done and working on some nerve/chiropractic issues that was causing a lot of chronic pain in my back and hips, staying good to my diet and enjoying things I forgot all about like books, learning, plays, writing and a better wardrobe. Lost almost 20 lbs in a month or so- that's how messed up my stress and hormones were! I love her and want to be the mountain she saw in me. So time may be a blessing at the moment. Maybe she broke up before she really resented me or hated me. Id like both of us to be happy and find peace in our daily tasks however that may come.

Loss of attraction doesn't always happen slowly, sometimes it can happen in an instant. My ex was still all over me, then she met a guy who gave her butterflies and that was it, she lost all attraction and interest for me in that moment. When something like that happens, they'll usually never get their attraction for you back.

Focus on your personal growth. Be grateful and count everything you have. Your health, your parents, your home, food to eat etc etc. Gratitude is attitude. Please trust this no contact process. I was in a 7yr relationship. We were inseparable. It was one of a kind relationship and we were beyond crazy about each other. The past 2yrs became toxic AF with a lot of fighting and making up and breaking up every week. 8mo ago I found out she was talking to someone and had cheated on me! It's just a whole thing is weird, she hasn't posted anything anywhere, she left town and I have no idea where she is who she's with and what happened! It's the craziest thing, and I'm so hurt and everytime I think that there was no closure I remember that she cheated and I guess that's the closure? I appreciate you Coach! There are many patterns in what you and some other quality coaches describe that aren’t necessarily “textbook” per sei, but fascinating at some of the forecasting that ends up playing out. Trusting the process and being patient has been key. Letting go of attachment to outcome of getting back with my ex-wife may be the most effective mindset. Understanding and believing in what value I bring to a relationship has also been effective in raising attraction from my ex. I know that while I really enjoy spending time with her, and while I believe she is also enjoying spending time with me, that ultimately we would both be okay if we were not a part of each other’s lives. We have been able to have difficult conversations in an empathetic way, not rehashing out how the other behaved, but recognizing how we ourselves behaved, and the growth we’ve achieved in desiring changes in ourselves to correct those behaviors. Not sure where God is leading us, but He has gotten us to a place where she decided to come on a one week trip to paradise with me and my daughter. She booked her own flight, I only offered her a place to stay. It was a very positive experience for us both. We really do make a great couple. It’d be a shame not to actualize the potential of what could be a remarkable relationship. Thank you for all you do and have done Coach Blac!

I'm in no contact since 9/18/23 because she left me, placed me in a mental hospital for 7 days against my will because I broke and begged too much, then was served with a restraining order for 6 months on strict no contact (04/02/2023) but we have a mediator for our two boys transition weekly. The mediator is fairly neutral but I know for a fact that she immediately got into / was into another relationship. The fighting was constant but I truly tried to fix the relationship while actually knowing she was cheating, for the boys. But she was totally negative during and totally silent now. She did get anxious one day because she wanted me to pay for something that was agreed on in court. Now from time to time she'll leave a note of things for the boys or return things in their bookbag. I don't contact her for no reason, no reason, not to violate the court order. I really would like your take on this please😢

I'm in a similar situation. I watch a lot of videos about things like the law of attraction and law of vibration. They talk about how the other person will feel the change in your energy as you detach from them and focus on yourself. These changes - ie within yourself - will also affect how you come across if they do message/call you, and if you end up meeting up they'll see the difference. Even if none of that happens, you'll be much happier within yourself and attract someone even better for you.

Hello coach Blac. I have been watching your videos from last 2 weeks. My ex broke up with me 20 days ago. For no reason. We were together for 1 year 6 months, and everything was perfect. In fact her family and friends loved me too. We never fought and she was too desperate for me throughout the relationship. But during the last month of our relationship, she got her first job and an exposure of life which she had never experienced. She started neglecting the relationship a lot and when i asked her to work on it, she decided to end it. She said the relationship or me were never a problem, admitted the stage of life she is at today and her job are because of me which is true. It's just that she feels she has changed and is not ready for a relationship. She didn't ever give me any hints, just one day she decided, informed me and left. From the last 20 days, she has been in constant touch with me. But she gives excuses which have nothing to do with our situation and every time i give her logic and reality she goes silent. Now all she says is she doesn't have feelings, which in reality contradicts her actions a week, even the day before the break up. I feel she is trying to avoid answering me or having an open discussion to hide her feelings. I have started no contact now. What is your opinion?

She says she wants to focus on the job and when I remind her that i was the reason she reached that job she says yeah job is not a problem. She says she can’t handle a relationship and then when i tell her how our relationship never harmed our personal lives she says yeah relationship was not a problem, you were not a problem. She says she had lost feelings from over a month, 2 weeks before the breakup she was being intimate with me, apologising for not being able to give me time, using all my paid apps, eating the food i paid for, asking me things such as “babe you still love me the same right? You aren’t angry that i am not able to give time. You won’t leave me for someone when you go back abroad to your university”. She says she wants to focus on her family while her family loves me and they have been asking me to reveal about her to my family to already start the talks of engagement. Her sister texts me everyday considers me an idol. Now all she says is that she lost feelings, nothing else. I ask her how and why? She doesn’t reply to that. She says she doesn’t have feelings, 2 days ago the break up she was adoring my mother, scolding me to take a late shower that i might fall sick and asking my opinions on what she should wear where she should go to hangout with her friends.. Literally she just changed from 100 to 0 within one day. Why? Because i said start being more responsible towards the relationship. It’s now been 3 weeks, she still replies me and everyday she says something that contradicts her previous statements…

@@hypinitup Dude, i have been trying to go for no contact, I haven’t started it yet. Believe me, today is my birthday, she literally texted me a day back saying she is busy and that’s why she hasn’t replied yet. She has seen the stories my friends put on instagram for my bday yet she hasn’t wished me yet. I can’t begin to tell you the amount of things i have done for her, financially too! Idk the reason in my case yet, somehow i am pretty sure there is no 3rd guy, and her reason that she has lost feelings doesn’t match with her actions at all. Which girl in the world will say i love you in the morning and say she doesn’t have feelings after 12 hours, where she clearly admits that I haven’t done anything wrong. She is delusional man, she is enjoying the new found exposure she had never seen before, doesn’t want any responsibilities. Just because i said be more responsible towards the relationship she ended things, all she wants to do is party with her work colleagues, doesn’t realise how temporary those people are. Such as who broke up, was there any reason, is there confirmed evidence of the presence of a third person. From what you have said, she perhaps took a rash decision and now she is regretting it but is still holding her ground coz nobody likes to admit they made a mistake. Yes you shouldn’t care about your ex if she did something wrong to you or if there is a 3rd guy, but if there is no solid cause and you still want her back then be polite to her. But i guess you gotta take no contact.

She broke up with me so many times because of liking pictures on instagram"girls" even my friends that are girls which instagram is app you support people. Am i wrong? Also I did promise things that i didnt keep, In the beginning of our relation she kept accusing me of cheating on her when i stopped doing it with her, which i only wanted alone time or just to spend a regular day with her. Now when we talk its just short and dry. I never really gave the space of her to actually miss me again. I was going crazy like "ohhh how the roles reversed on me". I was with my ex for 2 years. It was my greed. My gambling addiction got worse through out our relationship. My ex hung on as long as possible and seen no changes so she left me. But we stayed in contact for a whole year after the break up and I thought we were going to get back together but now she’s in a rebound relationship. I’ve been trying to talk her back in to making up and that I’ve quit gambling for us. She’s only been in this rebound relationship for a few months and told me she’s in the process of breaking up and that they aren’t 100. So I told her I will wait for her and I’m ready to step it up more than before. She told me to just relax and chill and not get into trouble if I wanna get back with her. She said she has no set date or due date and that she just needs to get through this process. And she said she wants to see if she’ll miss me. So I said ok I’m gonna go Mia now. You know where to find me. And she said yes I do. So now I’ve officially begun the no contact in hopes that she comes back to me.

Walk away; it gets easier after a few months of no contact. My ex came back after 4 months of no contact: we met, spent the night together; etc. things weren’t the same anymore; I lost attraction to who she was now. I got my answer months after; we weren’t compatible no longer; I left.

He broken up with me, i reached out the next day. No response the whole week. Then he answered said i said if i leave im not coming back and hung up. Then next day i seen him riding by my house, then week later he rode by again. Im blocked on social media but he has my cousin as a fb friend and viewed her story she put up a pic of me and her few days ago. Crazy! Been in no contact for 3 weeks and 2 days!
