I would like to meet the person that decided it was a good idea to take animal milk, add assorted cultures to help bacteria grow like crazy, let the bacteria turn the lactose into lactic acid, adding rennet to make it chunky, then store it for months or years for no reason... then returns and decides it's a good idea to break it open and eat the delicious interior.
