Chapter 4-From Kerak to Madaba, Jordan

This adventure take us north on the King's Highway from Al-Karak to Madaba, Jordan. In Al-Karak, we explore Kerak Castle, a Crusader Fortress built in 1140. Then we hike up Wadi Mujib with its colorful rock formations. Next is Mount Nebo where Moses was allowed to see the Promised Land before he died. Mt. Nebo has the most magnificent Byzantine mosaics. In the Greek Orthodox Church in Madaba, we see a 6th century mosaic map which amazing details.
