Hey Jeff, just wanted to say one huge thank you for doing these videos. I am basically at the end of the course, read the whole book multiple times and studied everything thorough but these are an immense help and I can't thank you enough for all the time and work you took with this. Thank you again. Greetings from Germany :)

Hey D, how prestigious is a NASM certification in Germany? Are companies likely to hire you if you have one, or is it more something to have if you're opening your own business/moving abroad? I would have thought your average German company would be very bias toward either a dual program, or an A/B/C Lizenz. I'm just wondering because I'm considering possibly doing a German language course and then working there next year. Thank you! Alles Gute für die Prüfung(oder zur Prüfung? Ich weiß nicht)!

@@Deep_Dive_Science haha nice try. Für die Prüfung ☺️ so I honestly do not know. First of all I’m not German and tho I’m fluent, English just felt better for this kind of stuff for me. Second of all I’m about to start university soon, studying something completely different, I do not want to do this as my main job, hence I don’t need those licenses you mentioned. They usually take 12-18 months and cost double the NASM. Surely, If you want to work full time in this field in Germany, it is better. But I do not know if I’m going to stay live here for the rest of my life, so it’s good to have a worldwide recognised accreditation, and mainly, I want to do it as a side job - my friends and acquaintances who wanted me to train them based on my appearance were basically the prime aspiration and reason why I started with this. If you have any more question or need help with translation let me know and I will try to help you, although I do not know lot of stuff about this, since I didn’t do research on those. 😌

But ugh yeah NASM and ACE are recognised in Germany! I do not know if they would prefer that over a typical German Lizenz but I do think so. Otherwise NASM would not offer those in Germany too.

Just have a question about the muscle imbalance diagram.. If the right side is longer (over stretched) why would you continue to stretch it? Wouldn’t you stretch the left side if it’s shorter and tighter and strengthen the Left side to rebalance? Thanks for the vids!
