I’m always crying my eyes out during the scene in Angel’s dressing room. It never gets any easier to watch but it’s written so well. I always pause at the end of that scene and compose myself before continuing.

The "best friends that are absolute opposites" is my favorite writing trope of all time, with one being the "adorkable" princess and the other being her tough, girlboss second-in-command. Tangled the Series tackled the trope well with Rapunzel and Cassandra, but Hazbin Hotel absolutely nails the writing of Charlie and Vaggie's relationship. The only mistake was that we didn't see enough of them. Can't wait for season 2.
