Cuts on the flat gauge arches are 20mm difference from top to bottom only need to measure the bottom and take off 20mm for perps.For example if the bottom measures 100mm then the cut will be 80mm bottom 60mm top .For the flared arches it’s 15mm

Shame to see Liam go but I thought the travel was quite far for him. Best of luck to him. So that leaves Harry on the hod untill you get a new hod, then Harry can jump back on the trowel. Very good way to do those soldiers, and those cuts by the arches came out neat and good way to mark and cut them. Amy your brickwork looking good 👍 If you have a second go pro sitting spare why don't you use it to record via head cam, some bits for your channel, 👍 Good effort gang, see you on the next one 👍👊👌🤙💪💯✅

@jeffshearer51253 жыл бұрын
He didn't ride him hard, he's a brick mason not the baby sitter
@rickknight38233 жыл бұрын
What was he doing to ride him? I personally have worked with people who've had their girlfriends along or a girl "friend".. and it's never easy. Always creates an undercurrent of competitiveness amongst the men and changes the whole energy. As much as I love women, sometimes a colleague's gf can cause some major frictions. I hope this set up works for Charlie, and that Amy has the maturity not to play on their relationship to get too many advantages, otherwise it will ostracise future working relationships he's trying to develop with his potential trainee's. I also think there was a slight need to dominate Liam maybe a little too much since he was a good looking lad and naturally Charlie wants to maintain his top dog status with KZbin viewers and Amy. It's just how things are, there's no right or wrong. Liam just made an excuse with the distance and looked for a better set up. Still had good experience with Charlie. Life!
